How far in advance do I need to book my photo/video shoot?
Typically we like to have no less than 2 weeks notice, but we will always try and work with your schedule and last minute needs.
How Long After my Event Should I expect my Photos/Videos
Usually the final photos/videos we shoot will be ready between 7 – 10 business days. For larger projects more time may be needed.
Is the contract required?
We do require contracts on most projects. There are rare exceptions to this rule. We hope you understand this is necessary for us.
How long is my contract term for digital marketing or social media management?
We offer month to month options as well as 3, 6, 9 or 12 month options. There are discounts the longer the term of your contract.
What are my payment options?
We can invoice you if you would prefer to pay by check. We also accept PayPal, Cash App, Venmo & Zelle.
